You can drop them off in a mail slot in our office door. The building is only open from 9:30 am. until 1:00 pm each day, from Monday to Friday, to enable you to get inside.
We have arranged to have a mail slot inserted in our office door. It is 4" x 12", and will enable you to drop off parcel under that size, that we can pick up each week, and process. We can get back to you if we are missing any information, and you can round that up, and drop it off another time for us to complete your file.
We can set up a portal for you, and if you can scan your documents you can upload them to the portal. Please let us know if you would like a link to your portal sent.
You can schedule a "pick up" time and date. We only have Thursday available, until Covid-19 is no longer a concern for us, between 9:30 and 1:00, and you can schedule an appropriate time where the "coast is clear", and you will probably be the only one on the main floor of our building, with a table set up with your file set outside our office door, on a "Pickup Table".
